This detailed strategy is the soul of our institution and must serve as a permanent source of guidance and inspiration for all institutional decisions. **100% ON-SITE IN RECIFE/PE** **What is the challenge of this role?** Evaluate users after training on table registration and system configuration using the Attendance and Evaluation Form; Guide and support users in completing/registering master data in tables and system configurations; Assist and guide clients in validating master data entered into tables and system configurations; Train users on operational functionalities of the systems under their responsibility; Evaluate users’ use of system functionalities via the Attendance and Evaluation Form; Support the client during data entry/preliminary data loading in the production environment required for operational go-live; Accompany users during simulation processes in their assigned areas, identifying needs for retraining and/or adjustments to tool usage; Log support requests (tickets) according to standards and requirements defined by the Systems Team for issues occurring in the tool, and track their resolution with the development team; Record productive and non-productive hours daily in the management tool so that the immediate manager and MV can monitor contracted hour consumption for proper client billing; Record project expenses (airfare, accommodation, telecommunications, laundry, meals, etc.) in the management tool per the SLA defined by CDV (Travel Center), enabling MV to calculate project costs and bill the client accordingly; Perform system acceptance testing and issue acceptance reports documenting identified errors. **What we expect from you:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, Accounting, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related fields); Basic knowledge of healthcare sector / HEALTH INSURANCE OPERATOR processes; Strong understanding of the client’s business rules, processes, and workflows; Basic knowledge of modules in the Service, IT, and Support systems. **Not mandatory but highly desirable:** Knowledge of the module related to your field of study; Experience as a consultant in the market and/or experience with large-scale ERP systems such as MV, SAP, Tasy, etc.; or participation in MV’s Young Consultant Program; SQL (query language) skills; Intermediate/Advanced English or Spanish; Train users on registering tables and configuring modules of the system under their responsibility. **What you’ll find with us:** * Childcare allowance; * Eyeglass allowance; * Ben.up; * Benefits Club; * Pharmacy discount; * Birthday day off; * Gympass; * Health and dental plans; * Life insurance; * Meal and/or food allowance (extended during vacation); * Certifications and training; * Corporate university; * And much more!
