The Store Assistant's mission is to place the customer first—both in sales and in the transaction completion process—with full commitment to exceeding their needs and delivering effective, surprising solutions that delight them. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Delight customers during the sales process by providing attentive and timely assistance; * Support customers through the purchase completion process; * Handle cash receipts, as well as opening and closing the cash register; * Offer financial services such as credit cards and installment plans; * Process returns and exchanges; perform daily restocking and organizational tasks for the assigned department; * Assist in labeling products with prices and SKUs in inventory; * Provide exceptional customer service in fitting rooms to enhance the shopping experience; * Organize the sales floor and window displays according to merchandising standards; * Encourage customers leaving the store to share feedback on their experience via the "Encantômetro"; * Serve the general public. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Passion for customer service; * Availability to work on weekends; * Interest in fashion; * Proficiency with digital tools. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility based on your position.
