A supply planning professional focused on inventory management, scheduling and system operations, contract management, and supplier relationship management in volatile markets.

We seek a professional with strong experience in supply planning within a dynamic environment, preferably with experience in fuel distribution or highly volatile markets (commodities).
**1\.** **Supply Planning (Derivatives)**
* Monitor branch inventory levels to ensure adequate coverage and prevent stockouts;
* Conduct analysis and updates of derivative inventory balances (Gasoline, S10 and S500\);
* Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly supply schedules;
* Analyze and update opening inventory (pipeline deliveries and ship arrivals);
* Schedule pipeline deliveries (EXA and ETD);
* Monitor coastal shipping schedules;
**2\. Portal and System Operations**
* Enter monthly and weekly schedules;
* Request additional volumes;
* Reallocate inventory balances;
* Perform volume allocation (Petrobras vessel voting) and enter data into systems;
* Monitor auctions (customer channel) and distribute acquired volumes;
* Analyze auction withdrawal volumes and their operational impacts.
**3\. Contract and Purchase Order Management**
* Track, control, and issue purchase orders for derivative contracts;
* Monitor and ensure correct purchase order inclusion in GED;
* Track invoicing via SIEG / BI;
* Record and control debit notes (where applicable);
* Ensure compliance with contractual terms (volume, delivery schedule, price, and quality).
**4\. Relationship Management**
* Maintain relationships with suppliers;
* Serve as the focal point between Supply, Logistics, Commercial, and Finance departments;
* Ensure alignment and compliance of internal processes;
* Support negotiations and identify alternatives for cost optimization.
