Job Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred; * Experience in people management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP system. * Develop, implement, and monitor departmental KPIs, presenting them as required; * Ensure and oversee the picking, verification, and dispatch of all orders received at the Distribution Center (DC), aiming to optimize internal processing time; * Monitor physical return flows and return acknowledgments (canhotos), ensuring their proper internal registration; * Guarantee accurate picking and verification of goods upon receipt, as well as for any other incoming items to the DC; * Map, propose, and implement process alternatives and improvements to enhance quality and productivity; * Lead the execution of all activities and teams under your responsibility; * Ensure inventory accuracy in accordance with company requirements; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, and ensure proper equipment maintenance; * Adhere to safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Report any issues, suggestions, and/or questions to your immediate supervisor; manage and ensure the correct use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 2512140202201919934
