You will be responsible for managing the business unit, ensuring compliance with operational processes, goals, and KPIs, as well as reporting results and implementing improvements. You will drive new business development, engage teams in corporate policies, and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure service quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency. **How to Make an Impact** ---------------------- * Oversee business unit management, ensuring adherence to procedures, SOPs, and all applicable operational work instructions. * Define and ensure effective information flow and decision-making agility within your scope of responsibility. * Define and ensure achievement of operational performance indicators, business objectives, and current customer expectations, proposing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives by enabling technical solutions for the business. * Present monthly overall operational results, including KPIs, general reports, and other relevant deliverables. * Engage employees in upholding Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, Security, and other required policies, as well as internal company standards. * Evaluate product-related operational aspects, seeking immediate solutions and accelerating corrective actions to guarantee contracted services are delivered on time, to required quality standards, and within budget. **What We’d Like You to Bring** ------------------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Solid experience in large-scale logistics operations management * Proven experience in people leadership * Intermediate English proficiency * Advanced Microsoft Office skills **What We Offer You** -------------------- At Kuehne\+Nagel, you are always part of a committed and dynamic team—because great achievements are only possible together.
