Responsibilities and Duties * Responsible for receiving and analyzing job requisitions, ensuring alignment with required profiles and requesting directorate approval for new recruitment processes (replacements or headcount expansion); * Screen resumes from the talent pool and conduct internal and external recruitment processes, including interviews, practical tests, and all stages of recruitment; * Maintain and organize the talent pool, ensuring regular updates; * Guide managers on implementing 90-day performance evaluations and monitor underperforming employees, promoting development and preventing turnover; * Monitor employee offboarding and conduct exit interviews to identify opportunities for improving internal processes; * Support internal and external training initiatives, including content development, logistical coordination (costs, venues, materials), and evaluation of program effectiveness and KPIs; * Conduct onboarding training and assess the organization’s training needs; * Keep the Job Classification, Career Path, and Compensation Plan (JCCP) and job descriptions up to date in accordance with company policies and market data; * Support the development of career planning and succession plans; * Manage contracts with third-party service providers to ensure proper delivery and operation of services; * Monitor and administer internship and apprenticeship agreements; * Develop and implement internal marketing activities, such as celebratory events, monthly birthday recognitions, and team-building gatherings; * Manage internal communications—including bulletin boards, announcements, newsletters, brochures, and other informational materials; * Plan and execute motivational campaigns, from conception through dissemination and budget control; * Research and propose promotional items and solutions for internal marketing initiatives; Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, People Management, Business Administration, or related fields—completed or currently pursued; * Experience in core HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Organizational Climate, and Internal Marketing; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Personal attributes including strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, proactivity, empathy, teamwork capability, and discretion in handling confidential information. 2512110202491858737
