As a franchisor, Porter’s mission is to provide guidelines to our 60+ franchises across Brazil—including nine flagship franchises (company-owned units), also known as Model Units. Our flagship units primarily handle: sales of our solutions; installation, maintenance, and support of all equipment; and relationship management with syndics and residents.
