Responsibilities: * Active prospecting – Identify and reach out to potential customers via phone calls, e\-mails, and social media. * Lead qualification – Assess whether leads have the potential to become customers by verifying if they meet the business’s ideal criteria. * Meeting scheduling – After qualifying a lead, the SDR schedules meetings for sales representatives (closers) to continue the sales process. * Lead nurturing – Maintain contact with leads not yet ready to purchase, providing relevant information until they reach the optimal buying moment. * Data registration and analysis – Use CRMs to log interactions with leads and analyze performance metrics.
