Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor the entry of classroom-taught content into the V4 system (an activity performed by the coordination assistant). * Monitor the Content Compliance Index at least weekly, verifying whether content is delayed, ahead of schedule, or on schedule. * Monitor and verify the entry of assessment grades into the system, ensuring accurate report card generation. * Review corrected exams before distribution to students, checking whether corrections adhere to the institution's required standards. * Conduct surveys and form focus groups for pedagogical support—whether for specific initiatives (e.g., Pedagogical Office Hours) or routine support activities. * Complete and monitor spreadsheets related to pedagogical projects and actions.
