Job Summary: Assist the fiscal department by filling out spreadsheets, importing invoices, calculating taxes, and submitting tax returns. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in tax calculation and submission of tax returns 2. Importing and managing fiscal invoices 3. Management and issuance of MEI taxes and handling tax irregularities You will work in the fiscal department, assisting with spreadsheet completion, importing incoming and outgoing invoices, tax calculation, and tax return submission. ✅ Download incoming invoices from the e\-fisco system and import them into the fiscal system. ✅ Request the Sped Fiscal file containing outgoing transaction data from the client and import it into the fiscal system. ✅ Download the company's fiscal status from the Receita Federal and tax irregularities from state and municipal tax authorities, then save them in the client's folder. ✅ Manage and issue taxes for MEI companies and send the tax documents to the client. ✅ Address tax irregularities at municipal, federal, and state levels for Simples Nacional companies. ✅ Monitor the email inbox daily.
