Job Summary: We are seeking a Tax Assistant to support departmental routines, ensuring organization, compliance, and assistance with tax calculations and obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Full support for tax routines and compliance 2. Support for the monthly closing of the tax department 3. Preparation of tax control reports We are looking for a **Tax Assistant** to support the tax department’s routines, ensuring document organization and compliance, as well as providing support for tax calculations and departmental obligations. **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving, verifying, and entering tax documents into the system; * Verifying and classifying incoming and outgoing invoices; * Assisting in tax calculations and submission of ancillary obligations; * Controlling, organizing, and archiving tax documents; * Supporting the finance department with accurate and up-to-date tax information; * Assisting with the tax department’s monthly closing routines; * Preparing simple tax control and monitoring reports. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a technical or undergraduate degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields**; * Basic knowledge of **tax routines**; * Familiarity with **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in entering and verifying tax documents; * Experience with certificates, tax withholdings, and basic tax controls. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance or fuel reimbursement (R$ 300.00\); * Meal/food allowance – **R$ 550.00**; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Wellhub.
