During the talent pool validity period, candidates may be called for positions in other units within the same region, with possible adjustments to benefits, working hours, or workload, as required. **What We Expect From You?** **Desired Profile:** * **Mandatory Academic Qualifications:** * Electrical Engineering degree; * OR * Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering \+ any undergraduate degree qualifying for teaching (e.g., teaching licensure programs or Pedagogy); * OR * Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering \+ any undergraduate degree \+ postgraduate qualification (stricto sensu or lato sensu) qualifying for teaching. * **Key Responsibilities:** Implement the teaching process to achieve educational objectives and professional competencies outlined in the pedagogical plan. Plan, prepare, and deliver classes for training, upgrading, and specialization courses. Diagnose learning needs, interests, and possibilities by analyzing the socio-educational context; design and apply assessment tools; and issue evaluation reports. Research up-to-date bibliographies, techniques, technologies, inputs, and raw materials relevant to one’s field of expertise and related to teaching situations. Develop learning activities, pedagogical scripts, and lesson plans in accordance with SENAI’s internal procedures. Design and plan pedagogical resources and instructional sequences necessary for teaching activities. Develop and administer diversified learning assessment instruments. Monitor and evaluate students’ learning levels throughout the educational process. Plan and execute Technical and Technological Services (TTS) and consulting activities according to identified needs and institutional procedures. Plan and develop courses and/or lectures within one’s area of expertise.
