Plan, prepare, and deliver classes for training, upgrading, and specialization courses. Diagnose learning needs, interests, and possibilities by analyzing the socio-educational context; design and apply assessment tools; and issue evaluation reports. Research up-to-date bibliographies, techniques, technologies, inputs, and raw materials relevant to one’s field of expertise and related to teaching situations. Develop learning activities, pedagogical scripts, and lesson plans in accordance with SENAI’s internal procedures. Design and plan pedagogical resources and instructional sequences necessary for teaching activities. Develop and administer diversified learning assessment instruments. Monitor and evaluate students’ learning levels throughout the educational process. Plan and execute Technical and Technological Services (TTS) and consulting activities according to identified needs and institutional procedures. Plan and develop courses and/or lectures within one’s area of expertise.
