Ensure compliance and efficiency in internal HR processes **IN-PERSON** -------------- **CLT** ------- **CAMARAGIBE, PE** ------------------ **SALARY TO BE AGREED UPON** ---------------------- **Position: Human Resources Supervisor** **In-person \| Aldeia/PE** **Company: Lalelilo** **About the Position** **Lalelilo seeks an HR Supervisor with a generalist profile and strategic people management vision, capable of structuring, organizing, and supervising Human Resources and Payroll Department routines.** **This role will be responsible for ensuring organization, compliance, and efficiency in internal HR processes, acting as a liaison between the company and accounting on payroll-related matters.** **This position does not handle payroll closing but requires technical proficiency to review, validate, and monitor labor-related processes.** **Main Responsibilities** **People Management** * **Supervise and organize general HR routines** * **Monitor climate, turnover, and performance indicators** * **Support leadership teams in team management** * **Lead recruitment and selection processes (or supervise them when outsourced)** * **Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives** * **Support onboarding and integration processes** **Payroll Department (Interface with Accounting)** * **Submit and verify information for payroll closing** * **Monitor working hour control, time banks, and electronic timekeeping systems** * **Validate hires, terminations, and labor documentation** * **Ensure proper organization of contracts, files, and personnel records** * **Monitor vacations, leaves of absence, and benefits** * **Ensure compliance with labor legislation** **Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields** * **Prior experience in generalist HR routines** * **Solid knowledge of Payroll Department processes** * **Experience managing working hour controls and labor documentation** * **Strong organizational, leadership, and assertive communication skills** * **Hands-on, process-oriented, and structural mindset** **Preferred Qualifications** * **Experience in companies with in-person operations and large employee bases** * **Experience implementing HR processes** * **Knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs** **Work Model** * **100% In-person** * **Location: Aldeia/PE
