




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating 5x2 shift, from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent — Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) Performs customer and retailer relationship activities in designated areas (Customer Space, Family Space, and Information Center), handles complaints, grievances, suggestions, and other related matters. Records information in the database system, routes requests to respective departments within the company, and monitors all cases until resolution and follow-up communication with the customer. **Requirements:** High school diploma; experience in customer and retailer relationship activities, handling complaints, grievances, suggestions, and data entry into database systems.
