Requirements: * Currently enrolled in high school; must be over 15 years old * Interest in the field of Gastronomy or Culinary Arts * Willingness to learn * Availability to fulfill the apprenticeship schedule * Must be over 16 years old Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing doughs and bakery products; * Organize and sanitize tools and the work environment; * Support the baking team in daily activities; * Assist in inventory control and organization of supplies; * Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
