Monitoring design trends **Support the creation and development of visual solutions aligned with the Enotel Group’s identity**, contributing to the execution of high-quality, consistent graphic, digital, and audiovisual materials. Collaborate with the design and marketing team, adhering to established guidelines, reinforcing the group’s visual communication, and continuously developing technical and creative skills. * Develop simple and intermediate graphic materials for print, audiovisual, and digital use, following briefings, templates, and brand guidelines. * Create and adapt layouts for various formats and dimensions—including banners, stickers, posters, digital assets, and simple signage—under team guidance. * Support the application of graphic materials such as PVC, canvas, adhesive vinyl, paper, and acrylic, according to predefined technical instructions. * Correctly apply specified paper types and grammages (e.g., coated, offset, cardboard, photographic, recycled), following established finishing and cost standards. * Prepare print-ready files under supervision, respecting bleed, crop marks, safety margins, color modes (CMYK/Pantone), and technical specifications. * Develop simple mockups and digital proofs to support project, campaign, and graphic material presentations. * Support basic cutting, finishing, and adjustments on printed materials when required. * Assist in handling and operating digital printers and/or plotters, following technical instructions and quality standards. * Support graphic production monitoring, assisting communication with printing houses and suppliers. * Conduct basic artwork reviews, identifying simple adjustments prior to finalization. * Support the application of pre-defined visual identities for projects and campaigns. * Assist in creating materials for social media, email marketing, internal campaigns, and printed collateral, maintaining visual consistency. * Support event-related, campaign-related, and digital production tasks, following existing scripts and visual guidelines. * Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and alignment discussions with the marketing and design team. * Work collaboratively with mid-level and senior designers, receiving continuous feedback for technical and creative development. * Monitor design trends and industry best practices, gradually applying learnings to projects.
