Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Supervisor to work on the development and maintenance of data pipelines, as well as provide technical supervision to the team, ensuring solution quality and scalability. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the data team technically and promote engineering best practices. 2. Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT). 3. Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability. We are seeking a Data Supervisor who will be responsible for both developing and maintaining data pipelines and providing technical supervision to the team. This professional will ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of data solutions, while also supporting the team’s technical growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead the data team technically, promoting engineering best practices and collaboration. Plan, develop, and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT). Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability. Manage version control, code reviews, and repository organization. Work with pipeline orchestrators for automation and load monitoring. Implement and maintain containerized environments. Support the definition of technical standards, architecture, and documentation. Track deliveries, identify technical bottlenecks, and propose improvements. Collaborate closely with product, BI, and technology teams. Work Location Boa Viagem, Recife. 100% on-site. **Requirements and Qualifications** Proficiency in Python for pipeline development and automation. Strong SQL knowledge for modeling, querying, and optimization. Experience with ETL/ELT processes. Knowledge of Docker for application containerization. Experience with GitHub (version control, pull requests, code review). Hands-on experience with data orchestrators (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, or similar). **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in technical leadership or team supervision. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with observability and pipeline monitoring best practices.
