Job Summary: The professional will ensure the supply of materials and services, optimize costs and inventory levels, and pursue continuous improvement in supply chain and supplier management. Focus on continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain. **How you will contribute to this challenge:** Supply acquisition needs for Goods and Services inherent to ASA Group’s businesses, in compliance with technical specifications and deadlines required by requesters, continuously seeking intelligent cost reduction through alliances with suppliers proven to deliver quality. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Ensure supply of MRO materials, general supplies, and general services through proper implementation and maintenance of pre-established purchasing policies; * Comply with ASA’s inventory management policies to optimize inventory levels, * Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials as per contractual deadlines; * Formalize and manage procurement contracts for Materials, Equipment, and Services; * Ensure efficient service to Factory departments through appropriate planning and control of inventory levels, and participation in negotiations for material and service acquisitions; * Manage supply chain performance indicators to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, as well as achievement of pre-established targets; * Conduct supplier certification activities to ensure a continuous improvement process in supplier performance levels; * Act as a market analyst in the continuous search for new opportunities delivering gains to the Company; * Ensure compliance with standard procedures established for the Supply Chain area; * Contribute to optimal operation of the computerized supply chain system by interacting with relevant departments to maintain application performance and update IT equipment; * Visit user departments to assess internal customer satisfaction levels; * Plan your responsibilities using Routine Management. **What you need to apply:** * Experience in MRO Materials Procurement and Service Contracting markets; * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or Accounting; * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Purchaser. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Industrial sector experience; * Proficiency in Totvs Datasul system; * Intermediate English proficiency **What benefits you’ll receive:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Corporate Cafeteria; * ASA Product Kit; * Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance; * Ticket Plus – Credit enabling purchases at Pharmacies and Bookstores, with direct deduction from payroll; * Life Insurance; Annual PLR. * **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** On-site at ASA Industry Plant in Afogados/PE. **Employment Type:** CLT. **Our story stems from the strength of our people** The ASA Group relies on over 1,900 dedicated employees who, since the company’s founding in 1996, have produced leading brands in their categories, reaching thousands of families.
