Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Support Technician - Field Service to provide first-level support, technical assistance, incident identification, and ticket registration and tracking. Key Responsibilities: * Provide first-level user support; * Register, classify, prioritize, and track tickets; * Deliver technical support for corporate hardware, software, networks, and systems; * Perform basic troubleshooting on workstations and peripherals; * Escalate tickets to higher support levels when required; * Ensure SLA compliance and service quality; * Assist in documenting procedures and updating the knowledge base; * Proactively identify and prevent recurring incidents. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support; * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and networking; * Familiarity with computer maintenance and user support; * Proactivity and punctuality; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to work on a 12x36 rotating shift — NIGHT SHIFT Preferred Qualifications: * Ongoing technical or undergraduate studies in IT; * Familiarity with ITSM tools; * Basic understanding of ITIL; * Experience handling high-volume ticket environments.
