Focus on service quality and customer satisfaction #### **About the position:** * Provide direct service to guests and customers in food and beverage areas, ensuring courteous, efficient, and quality-standard-compliant service, contributing to a pleasant and professional dining experience. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Serve customers at tables, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages courteously and accurately. * Set up and organize service areas according to departmental standards (mise en place). * Clear plates, cutlery, and glasses after use, keeping service points clean and organized at all times. * Relay orders to the kitchen and bar, verifying correct delivery of items. * Monitor customers' needs during their stay in food and beverage areas, offering support whenever necessary. * Present the bill and process payment correctly via cash register or POS system. * Assist in organizing and executing events, room service, or other F&B services as requested. * Adhere to hotel-mandated hygiene, conduct, and personal appearance standards. * Follow all departmental checklists to ensure service quality, standardization, and equipment maintenance. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed High School education * Prior experience as a waiter in restaurants, hotels, buffets, or similar establishments * Training in etiquette, service techniques, basic wine knowledge, and order management systems. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Basic English (desirable) * 6 months to 1 year of experience as a waiter in upscale hotels or restaurants. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine \| Tele-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the hotel chain #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift: 5 days on, 1 day off * Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:03 AM
