Job Summary: Support the service team in organizing, setting up, and maintaining the dining area, ensuring speed and efficiency, as well as a clean and welcoming environment for customers. Remain attentive to customer needs and communicate them to the team #### **About the Position:** Support waitstaff and other members of the service team in organizing, setting up, and maintaining the dining area, ensuring operational speed and efficiency, as well as a clean and welcoming environment for customers. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist waitstaff with customer service by setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service. * Serve water, bread, cutlery, and assist with food and beverage service as instructed. * Remove used dishes and utensils from tables, transporting them safely and discreetly to the cleaning area. * Restock dining area supplies (napkins, glasses, cutlery, condiments) as needed. * Assist with organizing and cleaning support areas and service stations (sideboards). * Remain attentive to customer needs and inform waitstaff or supervisors when necessary. * Support buffet, coffee break, or event restocking under the guidance of the shift leader or maître. * Comply with the hotel’s hygiene, safety, and conduct standards. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School Education #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Courses in etiquette, customer service fundamentals, dining room organization, and hygiene * Prior experience supporting dining rooms, events, or restaurant/hotel service #### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine \| Tele-Specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Birthday Day Off * On-site Meal * Discounts on accommodations within the hotel chain #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating Shift: 6 days on, 1 day off * Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM
