




Job Summary: Temporary HR professional responsible for recruitment, selection, training, development, personnel department routines, and internal marketing. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with termination calculations, vacation accruals, and statutory labor charges. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a 1-hour break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Temporary* Recruitment and selection of candidates; * Administration and evaluation of technical assessments; * Preparation of interview feedback and scheduling interviews with internal clients; * Onboarding of new employees; * Planning, development of training materials, and delivery of behavioral training programs; * Execution of internal marketing activities; * Payroll input and electronic timekeeping control; * Knowledge of termination calculations, vacation accruals, statutory labor charges, and severance payments; * Administration of benefit purchases; * Electronic timekeeping reconciliation. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree and experience in recruitment & selection, training & development, and personnel department routines.
