





Description: You and your skills are welcome here! * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Proven experience in developing or configuring solutions on SYDLE and other low-code/BPM/ITSM platforms; * Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN), form design, and workflow automation; * Proficiency in integrations with APIs and corporate systems; * Knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, Python) and databases (SQL); * Analytical ability, effective communication, and teamwork; problem-solving focus and attention to detail; * Preferred: experience with Protheus ERP or TOTVS integrations; certifications in low-code platforms; * Preferred: intermediate English (for writing and reading). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Developing and configuring processes and forms in SYDLE ONE for demand management, ensuring efficiency and compliance; * Collaborating with users and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions; * Creating and optimizing automated workflows that meet internal needs, considering usability, performance, and scalability; * Implementing integrations between SYDLE ONE and corporate systems—such as Protheus ERP—via APIs and custom scripts; * Investigating, analyzing, and resolving system incidents and maintenance requests, proposing continuous improvements to solutions; * Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and system performance indicators, ensuring timely delivery and quality of outputs; * Providing technical guidance and user training on platform features and best practices. What you’ll do here: * Building and customizing forms, dashboards, and reports in SYDLE ONE; * Developing and maintaining integrations with other systems (e.g., Protheus), including REST APIs, SQL queries, and scripts; * Prototyping new solutions and testing functionalities to improve process efficiency; * Modeling workflows (BPMN) and suggesting automations aligned with business processes; * Providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving incidents to ensure operational continuity; * Regular interaction with business units, IT, and CSC management to align expectations and manage change. 2511280202191890537
