We value a human, fair, and transparent atmosphere, where learning and growth are part of our daily routine. **About the Role** **Position:** Mid-Level Requirements Analyst **Contract Type:** PJ **Work Model:** Hybrid **What You’ll Do?** **Map and understand business needs** * Gather, analyze, and detail functional and non-functional requirements. * Translate client demands into clear, objective, and actionable specifications for the technical team. * Conduct interviews, meetings, deep dives, and validations with stakeholders. **Document with precision and clarity** * Create and maintain documents such as user stories, use cases, diagrams, workflows, business rules, and low-fidelity prototypes. * Ensure documentation is always aligned with the project’s actual scope and client needs. **Act as a liaison between teams** * Work closely with developers, QAs, POs, and technical leads, ensuring full understanding of requirements. * Support the team in interpreting requirements and preventing gaps or risks in scope. **Support technical decisions and product evolution** * Participate in architecture and solution discussions, bringing the business perspective. * Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and impacts before development begins. **Contribute to continuous improvements** * Propose adjustments to requirement gathering, documentation, and validation processes. * Participate in evolving the culture of discovery, analysis, and requirements management within Blue. **Validate deliveries with the business** * Support acceptance testing, ensuring developed solutions meet defined requirements. * Assist in conducting sprints, refinements, and stakeholder alignments.
