#### **About the Role:**
Responsible for supporting organizational project management, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring, and control of activities in accordance with established methodologies and timelines, thereby guaranteeing quality and delivery of expected results.
#### **Main Responsibilities:**
* Support the development and maintenance of project plans, ensuring compliance with project management methodologies and providing support to teams involved in institutional initiatives.
* Serve as the focal point for integration among departments involved in projects.
* Monitor scope and resources for projects related to brand, institutional reputation, and strategic positioning. Update reports, meeting minutes, and other portfolio project records.
* Monitor proper document organization and standardization of project records.
* Plan and monitor strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and optimization of hospital processes.
* Provide technical and functional support on project management tools and practices, serving as a reference for teams.
* Proactively act as an intermediary among business areas, technical teams, and vendors, overseeing working groups, facilitating
* alignment, anticipating risks, and supporting impediment resolution.
* Support executive project communication, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and regularity in status and progress updates.
* Propose improvements and innovations in project management processes to enhance efficiency and standardization.
* Support the definition of scope, schedule, and process criteria together with requesting departments.
* Organize communication with vendors and internal departments, ensuring clarity and governance.
* Consolidate information and support decision-making, ensuring transparency, traceability, and adherence to institutional guidelines.
* Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and key results (OKRs) relevant to business projects.
* Prepare performance reports, status reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
* Contribute to the application and adaptation of agile and traditional methodologies, based on the complexity and nature of each project.
#### **Mandatory Requirements:**
Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Project Management, IT, or related fields. Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban).
Project execution experience
**Specific Knowledge:**
Microsoft Office suite and/or project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Jira).
