Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals. Research and evaluate new technologies and digital trends to identify innovation opportunities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate digital solutions across all company areas. Monitor and continuously assess digital transformation outcomes; Manage digital projects and control activities related to digital transformation; Research and evaluate new technologies and digital trends to identify innovation opportunities. Conduct training to enable employees in adopting new technologies and digital processes **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hybrid) * **Required Skills (mandatory):** Knowledge of technological tools; Advanced knowledge of Excel; Knowledge of design thinking and business innovation.
