In all markets, we consistently deliver differentiated, top-tier products across commercial segments and first- and second-home residential segments targeting middle- and high-income clients. **Your Responsibilities:** Purchase diverse items to meet construction site and other company requirements. Conduct item quotations when necessary, enter data into the system, and prepare comparative analysis tables. Identify the lowest prices offered per item and negotiate purchases of multiple items from a single supplier based on the lowest quoted price. Analyze and approve purchase orders below the established maximum limit. Obtain higher-level approval for purchase orders exceeding your authorized spending limit. Research new suppliers. Cancel orders with delivery issues and conduct new quotations. Request operational licenses from suppliers. Evaluate suppliers on order fulfillment performance, notify them upon unsatisfactory results, and suspend order placements with suppliers scoring below the minimum required rating.
