Job Summary: Coordinate and lead procurement activities, negotiate high-value items, and develop partners, ensuring compliance with the company's procurement policy while collaborating across multiple departments. In all markets, we consistently deliver differentiated, top-tier products across commercial segments and first- and second-home residential segments targeting middle- and high-income clients. **Your Responsibilities:** Coordinate procurement activities to meet company demand, negotiate medium- and high-value items, ensure adherence to the company's defined procurement policy. Develop new partners in line with the company's ESG policy. Lead the procurement team, monitor routine activities, and redirect priorities as urgent tasks arise. Collaborate directly with construction sites, supplier and material registration departments, contracts, invoice processing centers, finance, and other related areas. Plus other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Management-level experience in the civil construction sector.
