Analytical profile with strong communication skills and willingness to learn We are looking for a Support and Infrastructure Assistant to provide user support and assist the company's information security initiatives. This professional will be responsible for supporting the operation of the corporate technology environment, including user assistance, equipment maintenance, network infrastructure support, basic security monitoring, and supporting IT team routines. We seek someone with an analytical profile, strong communication and organizational skills, and interest in learning new technologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users; * Install, configure, and maintain computers and laptops; * Support administration of network, Wi\-Fi, and internet infrastructure; * Perform basic configuration of switches, access points, and network equipment; * Support user management, permissions, and access control; * Execute preventive maintenance routines for IT equipment; * Assist in managing IT assets; * Support information security initiatives and IT best practices; * Track internal tickets and requests; * Support infrastructure, automation, and technological modernization projects; * Document technical procedures and solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in user technical support; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of computer networks; * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and corporate tools; * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. **Additional Information** Meal/Voucher Allowance: Health insurance; Dental insurance; PPR (Profit Sharing Program); Emotional Well-being Program \- Moodar; Incentive program for physical activity participation; Company-paid parking; Total Pass For nearly 30 years, Grupo Baptista Leal has been building dreams and delivering homes.
