If you want to join this purpose and become the person who structures operations from within, come be a **Process and Operations Analyst at \#TimeLeviora**. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and keep the ERP (Omie) up to date, ensuring all operational activities are accurately recorded in the system—including production orders, inventory movements, stocktaking, returns, and other required data; * Perform Production Planning and Control (PCP); * Prepare budgets, quotations, and negotiate purchase orders for raw materials and other inputs; * Map, document, and create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all factory processes; identify process improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions; * Monitor and improve production and logistics KPIs according to company targets; * Ensure fast order dispatch by negotiating with and contracting partner transportation companies for rapid customer response; * Manage maintenance schedules and contract third-party service providers; * Identify process bottlenecks and propose and execute improvements; * Use AI tools to accelerate documentation and process analysis. #### **Who We’re Looking For:** * An individual who is **organized by habit**, not under pressure; * Someone who quickly learns new systems and enjoys organizing information; * Someone already using AI daily (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar)—expertise is not required, but curiosity and ease of use are essential; * A strong writer—since you’ll document processes, clarity in writing is critical; * Someone eager to grow and prepare for future leadership roles. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in PCP, logistics, or process management. * Hands-on experience with ERP systems (any system—Omie, Totvs, SAP, etc.). * Bachelor’s degree and/or ongoing or completed postgraduate studies in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * On-site availability at the factory located in the Cordeiro neighborhood—Recife\-PE. #### **What You’ll Gain by Joining \#TimeLeviora:** * Autonomy to organize and structure operations. * A direct, non-bureaucratic environment with fast decision-making. * Tangible impact: you’ll be a key player (the right hand) in the operational structure supporting Leviora’s growth. * Career development plan: this position offers a natural progression path to Operations Supervision, contingent upon the candidate’s leadership profile and emotional maturity. #### **Compensation and Benefits:** * Market-competitive fixed salary. * Meal allowance (Flash Mastercard Flexible Benefit). * Transportation allowance or fuel benefit (Flash Mastercard Flexible Benefit). * Discount on Leviora products. * Monthly Ghee bonus. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * On-site work at the factory in the Cordeiro neighborhood—Recife\-PE. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. #### **Our Selection Process Steps:** * Step 1: Initial questionnaire \+ behavioral assessment. * Step 2: Online interview. * Step 3: In-person assessment at the factory. * Step 4: Offer and hiring. #### **"We seek committed, dedicated, authentic, and PASSIONATE individuals to join every department at Leviora.
