Proficiency in computer applications and ability to deliver presentations across various digital platforms. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions on products. Developing training materials and technical manuals in collaboration with the product team. Providing ongoing technical support to healthcare professionals. Monitoring initial product usage to ensure correct application. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Collecting user feedback to suggest product improvements. Monitoring product usage and performance within institutions.
