CLT * Recife \- PE * Posted 4 hours ago Site **P Mais terceirização** **Responsibilities:** Responsible for monitoring and supervising Human Resources team activities; Execute and monitor the end-to-end recruitment process, from job description development to hiring completion; Support and conduct high-volume recruitment processes, ensuring quality and agility in meeting demands; Provide support to the People team across various internal requests, collaborating on people management-related projects and processes; Develop and implement internal marketing initiatives to strengthen internal communication and employee engagement; Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover and employee satisfaction, to ensure a healthy and productive work environment; Coordinate strategic Human Resources initiatives; Administer and interpret psychological assessments during the recruitment process to support hiring decisions; **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with active CRP registration; Prior experience supervising recruitment processes, preferably in service outsourcing companies; Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; Ability to handle high-volume processes and simultaneous demands; Reside in or have easy access to Boa Viagem. **Salary and Benefits:** Salary negotiable \+ Meal allowance (R$21.50 per working day) \+ Transportation allowance \+ Health and dental insurance (50% covered by the company, 50% covered by the employee)
