





Automotive parts distributor is hiring an IT Technical Support Analyst in Recife. **Responsibilities:** Provide level 2 and 3 technical support, resolving more complex incidents and guiding users. Monitor and maintain the operation of servers, networks, printers, IT systems and services. Install, configure and update corporate software, operating systems and hardware devices. Manage user accounts, permissions and access policies (Active Directory, email, VPN, etc.). Support in the administration and security of local and remote networks (LAN, WAN, WI-FI, VPN). Monitor performance indicators and propose preventive and corrective actions. Document incidents, solutions and technical procedures in a knowledge base. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and systems development teams. Participate in the implementation of technology projects, system migrations and upgrades.
