Support the management of IT infrastructure projects regarding their development, implementation and monitoring. Support the management of IT infrastructure services, including operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the environment, as well as closure of activities (Data Center: servers, LAN, WAN, Internet access, VPN, IT equipment, software, landline telephony, mobile telephony, photocopying, help desk, etc.), databases and local support. Act as an interface between functional departments and IT infrastructure providers when service response times or problem resolutions are exceeded. Serve as the contact point for IT infrastructure service providers. Support the implementation of operation and maintenance processes, following validation, verification, preparation and testing procedures for services. Support the management and maintenance of implemented environment procedures and policies, such as dissemination of information security policies and other processes. Research and identify applicable new technologies for the company's environment. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of governance solutions/tools for IT and incident/problem management. Provide support in implementing and maintaining management processes such as problem, incident, version, change, configuration, capacity, availability, service level management and performance and fault monitoring. Support the development of business continuity strategies, creating disaster recovery procedures and environmental policies. Control environment documentation, operational planning, inventory lists, statistical reports and procedures, ensuring they are available and up to date. Issue technical and operational reports outlining necessary measures for service improvements. Provide technical guidance to Units in activities related to your area of expertise. Conduct studies and propose process improvements within the area. Analyze and issue technical opinions upon request and guidance. * **Required Experience:** Minimum of 6 months proven experience in the field. * **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of specific legislation in Information Technology. Network infrastructure (TCP/IP, Wifi, Structured cabling, etc.). Hyper V. MS Windows server environments (Hyper V). Interfaces between systems.
