





**Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users (on-site and remote), resolving hardware, software, and system incidents; * Monitor production environments using observability tools, analyzing logs, metrics, and alerts to enable proactive actions; * Support development and infrastructure teams in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; * Automate operational routines and support tasks through scripts and DevOps best practices; * Administer and maintain cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers (Docker), and Kubernetes clusters; * Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and document solutions, improvements, and technical procedures; * Participate in deployments, code versioning, and continuous integration processes; * Ensure security, integrity, availability, and stable operation of services and applications; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We’re looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
