Learn more about our culture at: https://stories.pepsicojobs.com/#LI-BRASIL What you’ll do: * Responsible for managing and developing the sales team under your direct supervision, in alignment with company culture—examples of activities include: recruitment and selection, direct team follow-up, work schedule management, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, benefits administration, separations, and initiatives related to technical and behavioral development of the role; * Define field plans according to company guidelines and ensure execution at the point of sale (POS); * Monitor and guide merchandising activities by supervising promoter activities at the POS; * Visit stores on your route, identifying opportunities and correcting all details related to presence and visibility of our products and those of competitors; * Support achievement/exceeding of KPIs; * Support resolution of daily issues at the POS; * Serve as guardian and ambassador of company culture within your team, including safety aspects.
