Engineering, Technologist, or Technical education **Main Responsibilities Include:** * Monitoring project execution at the factory; * Surveying painting and lamination processes; * Preparing work instructions; * Reviewing lamination plans; * Detailing components and reinforcements; * Applying design standards for fiberglass vessels; * 3D modeling; * Participating in research, development, and innovation projects for strategic initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree, Technologist, or Technical diploma in Materials, Mechanical, or Naval Engineering; * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software; * Proficiency in Excel; * Willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Rhinoceros; * Experience in vessel design or the nautical industry.
