In all locations, we consistently deliver differentiated, top-tier products across commercial segments and first- and second-home residential segments targeting middle- and high-income clients. **Your Responsibilities:** • Plan and conduct internal audits (operational, financial, and compliance) * Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes * Identify risks and propose improvements and action plans * Prepare audit reports with clear and objective recommendations * Monitor the implementation of corrective actions * Act in a consulting capacity with business areas * Ensure compliance with applicable standards, internal policies, and legislation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in internal or external auditing; * Knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and compliance; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical, critical, and collaborative mindset; * Knowledge of Data Analytics and/or Power BI; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. **What We Offer:** CLT employment contract Meal or Food Allowance Health Insurance Dental Insurance Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Gympass UniSoma (Corporate University)
