Job Summary: Lead teams and processes within the Shared Services Center (SSC), optimizing operations, ensuring compliance, and promoting integration with senior management. Key Highlights: 1. Strategy development and innovation #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage integrated teams within the SSC, ensuring achievement of established goals and deadlines. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize internal processes and reduce costs. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable legal regulations. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare managerial reports for senior management. * Promote cross-departmental integration, facilitating communication and alignment of objectives. * Manage budgets for areas under responsibility, controlling expenses and investments. * Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in SSC processes. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Proven experience in team and process management across Projects, Procurement, Finance, HR/DP, and IT. * Solid knowledge of financial management, cost analysis, and budgetary control. * Proficiency in management tools and ERP systems. * Strong decision-making, leadership, and effective communication skills. #### **Desirable Requirements (Differentiators):** * Prior experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC). * Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma). #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: * Medical Assistance: * Dental Plan: ‍* Health and Wellness Programs: * Educational Partnerships: * Life Insurance * Complimentary Services from Grupo Luck #### **Work Schedule and Employment Type:** * 44 hours per week * Contracted as an Individual Entrepreneur (PJ)
