We bring together Latin America to co-create innovative solutions to solve our clients' most complex business challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the SAP development team, ensuring project delivery within schedule and budget; * Maintain a high level of delivery quality by implementing best practices and code reviews; * Ensure adherence to deadlines and efficiency in development processes; * Coordinate development, testing, and implementation activities for SAP solutions; * Collaborate with other company areas to understand needs and propose effective solutions; * Monitor and evaluate team performance, promoting professional development of team members; * Handle the complexity of SAP development projects and ensure integration with other company areas; * Stay updated on new technologies and practices within the SAP ecosystem. **Position Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience managing SAP development teams; * Leadership capability and strong communication skills; * Experience in digital transformation and process innovation; * Knowledge of SAP HANA and database technologies; * Proficiency in ABAP and other relevant programming languages; * Familiarity with SAP development tools such as SAP Fiori and SAP UI5; * Experience with agile methodologies, including Kanban, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.); * SAP certification (desirable); * Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus. * **For this position, we are considering professionals from Recife and surrounding region - PE.** **What We Look For** Talented individuals who can view our clients’ most challenging problems from all perspectives.
