Development of pedagogical verification and monitoring methods **Description:** Ensure a favorable learning environment for students, teachers, and families by monitoring and guiding students' academic performance. Responsibilities and Duties Student registration targets for olympiad exams. Setting targets jointly with the Results Management team. Regular reporting to Results Management. Defining actions per unit and grade level (as needed). Monitoring the use of olympiad boards across units. Analysis of PE and PB results. Sending email reports to Marketing for posting. Identifying key points for further exploration. Aligning recognition initiatives across units. Conducting teacher evaluations. Developing, together with the Olympic Area Coordination, a verification and monitoring method for: Curriculum progress Assignment distribution and follow-up Remedial/preparatory classes for students newly qualified for major olympiads Creating the Olympic Pedagogical Support Schedule Organizing OBMEP Mirim Materials Teacher training Class and exam schedule Requirements and Qualifications Completed higher education **Fields of Study:** Education/Teaching **Experience:** Teamwork experience; Experience with olympiad classes. 2512150202201864193
