Job Description * Supervise Food and Beverage operations, guiding, prioritizing, and assigning tasks while resolving relevant operational issues. * Prepare and organize restaurant and buffet layouts, verifying table arrangements. * Conduct briefings jointly with kitchen and restaurant teams. * Maintain breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar standards, adhering to food hygiene, handling regulations, and brand guidelines. * Ensure sales maximization and cost control to optimize profitability. * Participate in and contribute to Food and Beverage menu development. * Safeguard product and service quality across all outlets. * Welcome guests and monitor consumption, supervising and stimulating sales. * Continuously seek new suppliers to improve the restaurant’s cost of goods sold. * Develop the team daily and ensure knowledge of SOPs and best practices in Food and Beverage. * Monitor storeroom activities related to procurement, quality, and receiving. * Supervise and execute restaurant closing procedures to prepare the venue for the next shift. * Perform monthly closings and analyze prime cost, gross margin, and ABC curve with the immediate manager. * Drive and innovate restaurant initiatives aligned with the hotel’s location and local market. * Create an environment that encourages increased guest spending and delivers memorable experiences. * Maintain equipment and materials within the area of responsibility, keeping the workplace clean and organized. * Ensure physical, asset, and food safety for guests, staff, and the general public within the hotel facilities under your responsibility. * Support staff selection and development in collaboration with the Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager. * Upon identifying guest preferences, share this information with the Front Office team to update the ACDC, enabling personalized products and services for each guest and making every stay surprising. * Act as an ambassador for brand values and actively participate in Service Culture engagement initiatives. * Follow management guidance on selective waste collection and water and energy consumption to meet environmental objectives. * Perform other related duties as required by department/hotel needs.
