Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Supervisor with leadership skills to develop and motivate teams, strengthening the sales team through empathy and active listening. Key Highlights: 1. Individual development and correction of performance deviations We are looking for a candidate for the position of Commercial Supervisor, with the ability to develop and motivate teams. This person will be essential in strengthening our sales team through empathy and active listening. What we expect from this professional: Supervise and ensure the performance of the SDR team. Monitor productivity and conversion metrics daily. Ensure volume and quality of generated meetings. Conduct routine meetings (daily, weekly, and monthly). Provide feedback and implement individual development plans. Directly address and correct performance deviations. Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize results. Report results and analyses to the sales management/executive leadership. Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree. Preferably a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of inside sales techniques and outbound prospecting, script and sales pitch development, and operational metrics analysis. Availability for 100% in-person work – Recife/PE. Fast-paced, proactive profile with strong communication skills and genuine drive to deliver results. Advantages: Proficiency in Bitrix24. Team training and development experience. Employment Type: Full-time CLT. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
