If you want to build a successful career at a company experiencing continuous growth, this is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the development of the commercial team, providing strategic support; * Apply, create, and develop the company's products from a commercial perspective, aiming for sustainable growth and development of financial revenue; * Build high-performance teams, understand the macro-market, and formulate optimal strategic plans for correct solution implementation; * CRM management for lead tracking and performance analysis; * Financial management of the client portfolio; * Strategic business analysis and management aimed at client growth; * Management of regional states; * Analyze customer scenarios to formulate action strategies; * Periodically visit clients to prospect new business opportunities and support them in improving sales performance through our solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree; * Experience as a commercial manager and/or account manager; * Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; * Driver's license, Category B; * Availability for external work and travel (domestic); * Passion for your work; * Commitment to delivering results; * Continuous pursuit of improvements and innovation. **Additional Information** * PJ contract; * Extended Amil health plan partnership — enrollment plan with service provider contribution; * Gympass; * Quarterly bonus; * Company vehicle; * Fuel allowance.
