Monitor operational incidents Resolve critical operational issues Standardize operational procedures 2\.People Management Proven ability to lead operational and administrative teams. Lead supervisors and operators Resolve internal conflicts Evaluate team performance Participate in hiring and termination processes Promote team training 3\.Operational Financial Control Must understand operational margin and performance indicators, as well as possess analytical capability and ability to interpret reports.
