We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking Specialist (B1\), where you will be hired as a Specialist — the primary expert in your field. **Key Responsibilities** You will be responsible for managing established Select client portfolios, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial advisory with a focus on profitability, relationship management, and client retention. * Conduct consultative service, alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; * Deliver personalized financial planning, advising on portfolio options; * Develop opportunities for upgrading to Select Ultra High; * Identify opportunities for upgrades and performance growth. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and financial recommendation skills; * Negotiation and active listening skills; * Close engagement in portfolio management; * Ability to build long-term relationships; * Investment acumen. **Education/Certifications** * CPA 20 (mandatory); * Completed undergraduate degree; * Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
