




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for Recruitment and Selection, inclusion programs, HR metrics analysis, and strategic support to managers. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of Recruitment and Selection 2. Monitoring of inclusion programs (Young Apprentice, Interns, and Persons with Disabilities) 3. HR metrics analysis and strategic interface with managers ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Conducting end-to-end **Recruitment and Selection** processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and evaluation reports); * Conducting **exit interviews**, analyzing data, and proposing improvements; * Monitoring inclusion programs such as **Young Apprentice, Interns, and Persons with Disabilities**; * Follow-up during the probationary period (monitoring at 45 and 90 days); * Updating, tracking, and analyzing **HR metrics** (turnover, absenteeism, average time-to-hire, etc.); * Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; * Strategic interface with managers to align requirements related to People & Management. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Psychology**; * Proficiency in **Excel** and HR management systems is desirable; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, analytical mindset, and results orientation.
