Earthwork Technician

Job Summary: The professional will supervise and execute earthwork services, perform measurements, support projects, and control production and quality while guiding operators. Key Highlights: 1. Guidance to machine operators (excavators, graders, rollers, etc.) **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and execute earthwork services in the field; * Perform measurements and verification of elevations, cuts, and fills; * Support reading and interpretation of topographic and engineering drawings; * Control production and quality of performed services; * Guide machine operators (excavators, graders, rollers, etc.); * Ensure compliance with safety regulations at construction sites. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Building Construction, Roads, Surveying, or related fields; * Proven experience in earthwork; * Knowledge of leveling, compaction, and soil technological control; * Basic knowledge of surveying; * Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is desirable; **Advantages:** * Experience in infrastructure projects (highways, drainage, land subdivisions); * Training courses in heavy equipment operation or occupational safety.
