**Responsibilities and Duties**
We seek a Process Analyst responsible for analyzing, mapping, and documenting all organizational processes. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased operational efficiency, working closely with internal departments and technology teams.
**Responsibilities******
* **Mapping and Documentation:** Identify how activities are performed and create flowcharts (using notations such as BPMN) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
* **Bottleneck Identification:** Analyze daily routines to detect failures, redundant steps, or operational delays;
* **Improvement Proposals:** Design solutions to optimize work, often involving automation of repetitive tasks or implementation of new technologies;
* **Performance Indicator Monitoring:** Track the performance of new processes using metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to ensure the effectiveness of changes;
* **Change Management:** Act as a bridge between different company departments to ensure adherence to new procedures and compliance with organizational standards.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites**
* Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
* Knowledge of process automation tools.
