General Services Assistant - Maintenance Position Description: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to work in the Maintenance area. The professional will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's facilities. Responsibilities: * Perform masonry services: erecting and renovating walls, fences, and internal/external structures * Execute cladding: plastering, rendering, screeding, laying floor tiles and wall tiles * Repair cracks, fissures, leaks, and other construction-related pathologies * Prepare mortars, plasters, and concrete according to technical specifications * Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical instructions for service execution * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on physical facilities (halls, kitchens, façades, external areas) * Carry out minor complementary hydraulic and electrical interventions, when necessary * Ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety after completing tasks * Control and request materials required for task execution * Travel between group units as service demand requires Requirements: * Proven experience in the civil construction sector, working as a mason * Practical knowledge of masonry, cladding, finishes, and minor renovations * Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and projects * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations (NR-18) * Completed elementary education * Availability to travel between units in the Recife Metropolitan Region
